If you place an order on a product that is affected by such an error we apologise for the inconvenience and we will contact you as soon as possible.


Returns

All products are covered by a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. If you believe a product has a manufacturers fault please contact onlinestore@megamusic.net.au

Typically these faults include:

• Broken or damaged items
• Faulty electronics - e.g. Failure to turn on

Returning an item

In the case of a faulty product please follow the steps below to return an item.

Step One: Please email onlinestore@megamusic.net.au to request a return and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number.

Step Two: Mail your returned item to: Mega Music Online Store - Return Authorization Number, 95 North Lake Road Myaree WA 6154

Step Three: Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
