Refunds

Please choose carefully as Mega Music does not grant refunds. If an item is faulty at the point of purchase or does not perform as describe by Mega Music please contact onlinestore@megamusic.net.au . If a product is to be returned it must be returned in the condition that it was provided (including packaging).

Returns

All products are covered by a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. If you believe a product has a manufacturers fault please contact onlinestore@megamusic.net.au .

Typically these faults include:

• Broken or damaged items
• Faulty electronics - e.g. Failure to turn on

Returning an item

In the case of a faulty product please follow the steps below to return an item.

Step One: Please email warehouse@megamusic.net.au to request a return and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number.

Step Two: Mail your returned item to: Mega Music Online Store - Return Authorization Number, 95 North Lake Road Myaree WA 6154

Step Three: Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Freight

Mega Music uses AusPost and Toll Ipec to safely and securely courier products purchased. Freight is calculated by the products cubic measurements and the destination and therefore is unique to the order. Your freight charge will be calculated using your postage address in the check-out process.

For orders within the Perth West Australian metropolitan area over the value of $99 there is no freight charge. The Perth West Australian metropolitan area is defined by the postcodes 6000 to 6214 and 6800 to 6999.

For the month of April Mega Music is offering no freight charge for any order over $999.00.

Mega Music is unable to ship outside of Australia.

Insurance & Handling

Mega Music includes insurance and handling at 1.5% of the total freight charge.

Out of stock products

Products that are currently not in stock at the Mega Music warehouse are still available for you to purchase (Excluding products marked as ONE ONLY). Estimated delivery time for these products can vary depending on suppliers, for an accurate estimation on the availability of a product you can check the product description page for an availability date or contact Mega Music through the Contact Us section.
