If in the event that you need to make a warranty claim you can either return the product directly to Mega Music or contact us and we will refer you to your closest Authorized Repair Agent to assess the claim. The majority of manufacturers will have an Authorized Repair Agent in your area.

Please be aware that any purchases from international retailers will not carry an Australian warranty and therefore will not be honoured within Australia.
