Mega Music Online runs as live and up-to-date as possible to ensure that prices and information are accurate.  Please bear in mind that we may need to make changes to pricing, features, functionality and content without notice and whilst every care is taken to provide you the most accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or guarantee that the information on the site is error-free.

If you place an order on a product that is affected by such an error, we apologise for the inconvenience and we will contact you as soon as possible.

In the event that a product is no longer available for any reason, our staff will offer you the option of an alternative item. If no suitable alternative is available, we will refund any payments made.

In the event that a product has been listed at an incorrect price, our staff will contact you to notify you of the error. In the event that the corrected price is not acceptable to you, our staff will offer an alternative or refund any payments made.

If you place an order and opt to pick it up in store, we will contact you when the items are ready for collection. Items may need to be transferred between stores or from the suppliers' warehouse so items may not be available for immediate pickup.

If you live in the Perth Metropolitan area and require your order to be delivered, we may choose to deliver your order via local courier. In the event of you not being at the designated delivery address to receive delivery of your order, the delivery driver will attempt to contact you. If contact cannot be made, your order will be returned to our Myaree store for you to collect at your earliest convenience. A card will be left at the specified delivery address to notify you.
