Fender American Professional Series

New for 2017 comes the Fender American Professional Series of electric guitars, here at Mega Music.

This series replaces the Fender American Standard Series.

The Fender American Professional Series includes stalwarts: Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jazz and Precision but also adds the Telecaster Deluxe, Jazzmaster and Jaguar lines.

This is more than a simple re-branding, however. The updated specifications reveal some important upgrades as Fender aims to continue to produce a world-leading brand of electric guitar and bass guitar.

Changes include:

New finishes, so check out the range of colours! (Mystic Seafoam, anyone?)

Changes in neck shape, new pickups (V Mod and Shawbucker), treble bleed circuitry, genuine bone nut and more.

The Professional Series offers a genuine players' experience with ground-up changes that only evolve and enhance these classic models without detracting from anything that made them great.

Check them out here, available in store from Mega Music or to order here on-line.

Fender American Professional Jaguar Electric Guitar - Maple Neck - Antique Olive

An eye-catchingly adventurous design—an exercise in chrome, plastic and wood—the Jaguar guitar’s delightfully off-kilter aesthetics and unique sound made it a darling of underground artists from the ‘70s to today. Though it was the pinnacle of guitar technology when it was released in 1962, time (and technology) marches on so we updated the Jaguar with modern features and materials, hot-rodding it for today’s players. The result? The American Professional Jaguar.
