Due to the rapidly changing situation with Covid-19 we are experiencing increased demand in online orders and wanted to make you aware of the steps we’re taking to manage this situation.
Due to the increased demand, there is currently a small backlog which may cause some delays in attending to your order. Please note, we do genuinely value your business and fully appreciate that you’re keen to receive your new musical instrument as soon as possible. Believe us, we're very keen to ship them from our warehouse as fast as our little helpers can too!
To assist with this increased demand, we have recently assigned three extra staff to assist with the order process to ensure you experience as little delay as possible. We will do our best to fill all orders as soon as possible and we thank you for understanding. Some of our couriers may also be experiencing a similar increase in demand, which is outside of our control. Please be patient with us all while we all adjust to the situation.
