Here at Mega Music, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In fact, we would prefer you were ecstatic with it!
This is why we encourage you to get in touch with our team of experts and ask as many questions as you can think of. Our goal is to help you understand exactly what you are buying.
Still, we understand that there are situations where you end up with something you just don’t want. In the event you find yourself in this situation please refer to the below options regarding your return, get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you.* Exceptions may be made at Mega Music’s discretion for any items received by freight after this period.
- Unopened item – If you wish to return an unopened item, you can do so and receive a full refund within seven days from the date of purchase. We understand that it may take longer if the item was purchased online. In this case we will still accept the return as long as it is post dated within the seven days of arrival. Goods must be returned back to the store before the refund can be processed. If the item is found to be opened or in general rough condition we will contact you with further options.
- Opened item – If you wish to return an opened item you can do so within 14 days of purchase and receive a store credit -15% restocking fee. Items must be in good condition without damage. Goods must arrive back at the store and assessed before a credit can be given. If the item arrives back and is found to be damaged we will contact you with further options.
- Special order returns – Special ordered goods, meaning goods we would not normally carry in stock, cannot be returned. We may assess on a case-by-case basis and do all we can to help you. Please get in touch at email@example.com
- Warranty returns are not subject to these conditions and Mega Music will adhere to the guidelines set out by the ACCC.
